Vendor's Guidelines for Thunder Road Festival
Dear Artists and Vendors;
Rockwood 2000 would like to invite you to participate in one of East Tennessee's most notorious festivals. This event has drawn much media attention and is growing at an unprecedented rate. We are working very hard to make this memorable occasion very entertaining as well as profitable for both vendors and Rockwood businesses.
The festival will take place in the downtown streets of Rockwood, closed specifically for this event. This year we are featuring some of the finest bluegrass music you'll find anywhere at our own Yonder Hollow. Classic cars will fill the streets and people will delight in the atmosphere.
Come and join us in our fourth annual celebration of our history. Take advantage of our young festival's rates.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Booth spaces are available for a donation of $45
- High Quality Goods Only - Pleast contact Erika Schenk (865-354-6800) with a description of your product so it an be approved
- Streets will open to vendors for set-up at 8:30 am and should be opened for business by 10:30 am. The festival will end at 6:00 pm. Early breakdowns could result in dismissal of future year's applications.
- This is an outdoor event. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather. Tents must be no larger than 10' X 10' and be able to be mounted on sidewalks/streets. Food vendors will be located in the street.
- No electricity available to vendors.
- Committee reserves the right to assign spaces and all space assignments are final
- Booth space is non-transferable
- No refunds after the entry deadline of Apr 14, 2008
- Rockwood 2000 Inc. and the City of Rockwood will not be responsible for injury, damage theft or loss of an individual's work or products during this event
All proceeds will be used to continue the goals of Rockwood 2000. Join with us in our rich history as we celebrate the days gone by with classic cars, lots of good food and shopping - and of course that occasional still or two.
